Is the GoDaddy website builder safe? How will I sell a website by making with GoDaddy?

Yes it is safe, but it doesn’t have a lot of features and options. That is a big reason I prefer to use UltimateWB. Plus, with UltimateWB you get web hosting choice, so that is a better selling point, than a website that must use only GoDaddy web hosting.
