Do I need a PayPal account to complete my purchase?
No, a PayPal account is not required. While we use PayPal for secure payment processing, you can check out as a guest using your credit or debit card.
Simply click the "Check Out" button, and on the PayPal login page, look for the option that says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" or "Check Out as Guest." Get the details on our forum post, "How to Purchase from UltimateWB without a PayPal Account (not required!)"
How and when will I receive my software license and downloads?
Your software and license files will appear in your Downloads section automatically once your purchase is processed. Here is how to access them:
- Log in to your member account on UltimateWB.
- Click on your Username link at the top of the page to go to your Profile.
- Click the "Downloads" link to view and download your files.
Important: If you were not logged in at the time of purchase, a new member account will be created for you using your payment email address. Please check your email for the activation link to complete your account setup and gain access.
Why is there a "No Refunds" policy?
UltimateWB provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital software licenses. Because the software is delivered to your account immediately upon purchase and downloadable, refunds are not offered - this is standard industry practice for digital products.
In addition, certain costs associated with your order - such as payment processing fees, domain name registrations, and third-party server licenses (like cPanel for the web hosting control panel) - are non-refundable to us.
To ensure UltimateWB is the right fit for your project, we encourage you to review the features and server requirements carefully before purchasing. You can also explore all versions of the website builder through our online demos.
Can I transfer my software license to a different domain name later?
No. UltimateWB software licenses are issued on a per-domain basis and are non-transferable. Each license is uniquely tied to the domain name specified at the time of purchase.
If you wish to use the software on a different or additional domain, a new license must be purchased. If you need to correct a typo in your domain name, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase before downloading your license file.
How do I use a coupon code?
To apply a discount, enter your code in the "Got a coupon code?" box on the View Cart page and click apply before proceeding to checkout. Please note coupons must be applied before completing the payment; they cannot be applied retroactively.

Yes. By using PayPal as our processor, your sensitive financial information is never stored on our servers. You benefit from PayPal's industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention measures.
