It is good to have a website/mobile-friendly website for your business- best is to have a responsive website that reformats for the user based on what device size they are using, i.e. a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Then you just have to build one website and update one website. It doesn’t seem like an app that a user would install would be necessary. I don’t think users would expect to have to install an app to get a quote for

Update June 2016: Wix now offers clean & pretty urls to its customers on the main pages, but not all pages like product pages, as noted on their website.
