Upgrade your php version using your web hosting control panel WHM (VPS/Dedicated Servers), or ask your web hosting company to do it for you. It should be an included service. Joomla doesn’t have any e-commerce features built-in - but you can choose an e-commerce plugin to install and use. How is “Go Daddy” as a website builder?
