I don’t know a WordPress plugin or theme for that, but I know you can do it with UltimateWB. All the built-in apps/features you need to do that are built-in, and very customizable. Use the social networking app to set up the register/login/profile sections, the classifieds app for the martketplace (you can include auctions too!), and the cms (pages section) of your website admin panel to configure access settings for the marketplace. You can also monetize your website by charging for posts or special features likes making a post featured or highlighted.
