How do you make a website look the same on mobile and desktop devices?

If you want it to look exactly the same, don’t make it responsive, i.e. so it wouldn’t reformat automatically based on the user’s device size. A more user friendly option would though to make it responsive, and just make sure it’s the same design, same content. This would be done by just building 1 website, and making it responsive, so you also just update 1 website too. You can do this easily with UltimateWB. The built-in styles manager has a responsive app that you can turn on and configure. No experience necessary, and you can design your own website style with it.
