You can try posting in craigslist if you want someone local. I have clients worldwide and can help you if you want. I can use WordPress if you prefer, but I think UltimateWB is a much better option. UltimateWB has all the features you need built-in, so your website won’t need third party plugins for features like WordPress does – they can increase security risk, slow down your website, and cause issues when having to upgrade your WordPress. If you want the WordPress plugins custom made the cost is a lot higher. UltimateWB cuts down on development cost and time, while also being very customizable and flexible.
