You can save on web development cost and time by using UltimateWB – it has a built-in e-commerce app with lots of features that are very customizable and easy to use. You can choose to host your website on UltimateWB, or with another server.
The method I would use is to first use the UltimateWB Templates app to get the set-up of your website: the basic pages (like the contact page, about page, mailing list page, etc.), the members login setup, and then the e-commerce section of your page. Each one just requires a click to set-up, and then if needed, you can customize through your website admin panel. Then I would use the UltimateWB styles manager to design the style of the website.
