You would need to buy a domain name and sign up for their web hosting. Then you just use their website builder to build your website. I would go with a website builder that gives you a choice on where you can host your website though. Best one is UltimateWB. It is a lot easier to use than Wix, and has a lot more features too. And you can use the built-in UltimateWB styles manager to create your own design, rather than using a template.
