Which forum CMS lets authors moderate their own topics? built-in or extension?

UltimateWB has a built-in forum app. Besides letting admins/moderators to moderate topics/posts, it also allows the authors to edit their own topic posts/posts - but not the posts of others, even if it is for their topic.
