You can do it with UltimateWB, just use the built-in apps. I would use the social networking members app to set up the register form, login, profile, edit profile, inbox, sent box, and the directory app to have members set up their digital business cards. Like the yellow pages. They can add photos and videos to it too. It’s very customizable. And you can monetize it if you want, and charge for posts or for special features, like making a
