The best software for web development I would say is UltimateWB. It has lots of built-in apps that are very customizable and flexible. You can build any type of website with UltimateWB. You can add your own coding to it too if you want. It is very similar to how you would add coding to a website built from scratch, i.e. with php includes. It’s very user friendly. Php is a coding language, not software. It is good to learn for coding advanced/interactive features, though usually not necessary with UltimateWB. It is what the UltimateWB website builder is built on. It is also good to learn html and css if you haven’t yet, for formatting and styling, though also not necessary with UltimateWB.
