You can upload files to/download files from your server using the cPanel File Manager, or FTP.  With an FTP program you can easily upload/download many files/folders at once, for installing or updating UWB software for example.  A great free FTP program is FileZilla.

The FTP login credentials should follow this format:

Host: sftp://ftp.your-website.com 

Port: 22 (to open an SFTP session) 

Username/Password - these should be the same as your cPanel/web hosting username/password.
