I have the "Fan" placeholder text on there correctly, which I call "Followers" and "Following". I think I have them labeled right, so would this be right: "##memberinfofansmemberinfo##" or "Fans" is the same thing as "Followers" such as people who follow you, and: "##memberinfofanstotalmemberinfo##" or "Fans Total" is the same as Total Number of Followers, such as the total number of followers you have in numerical form? And the "##memberinfofannedmemberinfo##" or "Fanned" is the same as "Following" such as people you are following? 

Yes, you have the right info for the fans/fanned or followers/following.  I have followed you on your public profile page, [your_website]/members/[your_username] .  It now lists that you have a follower.  The fanning button displays on the public profile page when you are on someone else's page.
