When I go on the listing I only want to see the information pertaining to the that supplier, instead I am seeing two boxes called most hits listing which shows other suppliers. How do I remove these?

Those are the top/footer rows.  You can remove those extra sections on the Configure Site > Social Networking > Listings Config page.  Do Ctrl-F for "Directory Formatting" to jump to that section:

You can choose to remove it just for the Listings Page by choosing "None" in its corresponding drop down menu here.
