UltimateWB software comes with an admin panel where you can add content, configure functionality and design, and also extend the code using the Ad(d)s Manager (https://www.ultimatewb.com/adds-app/adding-google-ads-media-plugins-analytics ).  Based on your content/configurations on the website admin panel, the software generates your website code dynamically.  UltimateWB uses php/mysql, the code that is displayed on your website for users is what is termed server-side code, html, css, and javascript.

UltimateWB software uses a mysql database - you can add fields to this manually if you want to and know coding.

You need to purchase a software license for each software install and domain name - not for each admin user or member.  UltimateWB Full and UltimateWB Lite come with a built-in Admins Manager so that you can delegate work on your website using different admin user accounts.
