If you haven't been able to sign into your iWeb account for a couple of years, I'd start by contacting iWeb to see what they can do for account recovery.
If you're trying to recover your old website or information that was on the site, you can also try the Wayback Machine. If the site was publicly accessible, there may be archived copies of some of the pages.
We have a post about this here:
Lost Your Website? Here’s How to Restore It
The Wayback Machine won't give you access to your old iWeb account, and it won't necessarily have everything that was on the site, but it's worth checking if you're trying to recover old website content.
If by "holdings" you mean information that was stored in your private iWeb account, rather than information that was on the website, then you'll need to work with iWeb on recovering the account.
I am online now on the Live Chat if you would prefer to discuss there. What is your website URL? Is your website online and you would like it upgraded?
