I read on your website that once you pay for Ultimate Web you have to download the software on your computer. What happens if you want to edit your website from another device or if the computer you downloaded it on breaks- is there an additional fee; what happens? Thanks.

When you download the software to your computer, it is to then install the software onto your server (web hosting account).  Then you can create/manage your website from your website admin panel, from any computer with an internet connection.  You can play around with the Demos online: https://www.ultimatewb.com/demolinks .
