2)  Second, do you offer a shopping cart so that users can pay for multiple ads with one transaction? I don't want to inconvenience them by making them pay for each ad one at a time.

Yes, for the shopping cart option you would choose the Pay for Ad E-Commerce Currency Button Type "Add To Cart", vs the "Buy Now" button.  *Post payments that contain recurring payments default to PayPal Subscriptions Button;  subscriptions have to be paid for individually, to set up the subscription.
