Do you have access to your web hosting cpanel?  You can download the software/license from ultimatewb.com after logging in, then login to your web hosting control panel - does your web hosting have cpanel?  You could upload the zip software file/license file to your web hosting via the file manager on your cpanel (vs using a file uploads program such as Filezilla).  

Go to the "www" or "httpdocs" folder if you want to install the software to your domain name root (i.e. www.your-website.com) or to a sub folder there if you want to install to a sub folder (i.e. www.your-website.com/subfolder).  Then click on the "Upload" button to upload the software zip file and license file. 

Then you want to unzip the zip file onto your web hosting using the cpanel file manager functionality there.  Click on the zip file you just uploaded to highlight, then click on the "Extract" button to extract/unzip the files to your server.
