I am looking to create a very simple website as a new homeopath (literally need one just to have it. no sales, no online contact, etc).

I have just one more question- in the page where I'm purchasing a hosting package, it asks for the domain name.  The next link is an email address.  My question is: am I using an existing email, or am I creating one based on this new domain name?

The email address is just for communication purposes. So it should be an email you currently have and check on.

Sorry last question (I'm obviously not techy!).  
Right now in my cart I have
1. $19 software license,
2. $20 domain registration package,
3. $47.88 yearly web hosting package.  
Total $86.88 upfront.  
 
With this amount, I'm building the website for $19, one time fee.  But the $20 domain name and $47.88 web hosting will be need to be renewed yearly?  Or does the price change after a year.  (I've been turned off by so many other sites that have a cheap intro fee but the price sky rockets after the first year).
