Ning vs UltimateWB comparison - features, ease of use

I think UWB has more of the features that i like, but i find it super easy to create/manage the Ning website. They have various different set ups for member pages, groups, discussion board pre-set.

I think with UWB i have to set everything up myself. What are your thoughts?
