Yes, if you create a website with UltimateWB software, you can also automatically create a mobile friendly version, by using the built-in Responsive App.

Apps, as in Google Play or the App Store, are different than a mobile friendly website.  We do have websites built on UltimateWB software, that are mobile friendly, and also have apps on Google Play and the App Store - the latter, i.e. the smartphone apps, are a separate project, but they can be built on the UltimateWB software database.  They cannot be built on UltimateWB software however, and require separate coding.  You can check out examples of this on our Showcase page at https://www.ultimatewb.com/showcase .
