Yes, if you create a website with UltimateWB software, you can also automatically create a mobile friendly version, by using the built-in Responsive App.
Apps, as in Google Play or the App Store, are different than a mobile friendly website. We do have websites built on UltimateWB software, that are mobile friendly, and also have apps on Google Play and the App Store - the latter, i.e. the smartphone apps, are a separate project, but they can be built on the UltimateWB software database.
