We are looking for software to create a classifieds ads website in Nigeria. We will start the business in Lagos (population 5 million) and from there work into the rest of the country. Nigeria's population is 180 million. We are currently using Open Classifieds. We are not happy with Open Classifieds software as it can be difficult to customise and we are having problems uploading images from Nigeria.

Can you give us software that will create a classifieds website where we can allow people to advertise their goods and services and where we can decide to charge fees for particular ads or features, such as bold listing, featured ad, etc?

Can we import data and export data in csv format or similar from your software?

Can we adapt the design of the site so the colouring is similar to zirima.com.

Can we select different views on the Home such as a slider with ad, a grid style or a listing style?

Some suppliers cost their service by user numbers. What do you mean by user or how do you define a user?

Is your software responsive, viewable on any screen size? Do you have an app with the software?

Can customers create their own page within the site?

We are based in Ireland, do you offer phone support?

Do you host it or do we host? Can we have a two month trial to test your software?

What are the costs involved with your software?

Not sure what you mean here...from your webiste admin panel you can create a backup of your website database (not csv format).  From your web hosting control panel, provided they have the feature (UltimateWB web hosting does), you can create backups of your website database in various formats, including csv.  For the purpose of creating your website, it would be recommended to use your website admin panel to create/manage your website, unless you know web programming.

Depending on how you choose to create your website/the formatting, you may need more extensive configurations to make it responsive, rather than just turning the responsive app "on".
