questions on publishing

If you are asking how to publish your website with Ultimate Web Builder software: It is an online software, so you install the software onto your web hosting (you can follow the online video, or we can do it for you free with purchase of any UltimateWB web hosting package).  Then, you just use the online website Admin Panel to publish - i.e. add/edit/manage content on your website.

We have a few software versions you can choose from, depending on what features you want.  Here is a comparison chart: https://www.ultimatewb.com/compare-uwb .  Based on your current website, all of the software versions would work for you, except for the Promo version.

You can buy web hosting at UltimateWB at: https://www.ultimatewb.com/domain-names-web-hosting .  Purchase of any web hosting package gives you free installation service of the software onto your web hosting (still requires purchase of the software though).

If you own your domain name, we can just change the nameservers it points to, or do a transfer.  We can take care of it for you if you want, we just would need the info on where you purchased it, and your account username/password there.  Alternatively, we could also provide instructions on how you can do it.

You can create your own website with UltimateWB software.  We provide free tech support via email and on the forums, as well as an online User Manual and Video Tutorials under the Resources tab of our website.  Are you interested in web design packages?  If so, we do have web design packages at https://www.ultimatewb.com/pro-services#webdesign , but not sure how that compares to the quote you got from another company that you said is too high.
