Based on the info you provided that you want a social networking website, you would need the UltimateWB Full software.  You can buy this at https://www.ultimatewb.com/buy .

If you already have a website with a domain name, you should just be able to use that domain name.  Otherwise you will need to buy a domain name.  You can buy a domain name here: https://www.ultimatewb.com/domain-names-web-hosting#domains .

A website also needs web hosting.  Do you have a website online with web hosting now?  If it is a website on a website builder with a hosted server where you do not have a choice on web hosting, you would need to get a new web hosting account as hosted website builders do not let you choose your website builder software.  You can get web hosting here: https://www.ultimatewb.com/domain-names-web-hosting .  All UltimateWB web hosting packages come with free professional installation of your purchased software onto your web hosting account (still requires purchase of the software though).

You said you wanted us to build your website.  Please review the Web Design Packages Info page at https://www.ultimatewb.com/web-design-packages-info .  You should make a list of the pages you want and based on that purchase the web design package accordingly at https://www.ultimatewb.com/pro-services#webdesign .
