1. Can you have a lot of templates to use?
You can check out exactly what you will get with UltimateWB software by checking out the demos at https://www.ultimatewb.com/demolinks . Each software version comes with a Templates app that allows you to build out sections of your website quickly with the click of a button. Then you can customize using your website admin panel. Several styles also come with the Templates app, to make it even easier to stylize your website. You can choose the design that most closely matches the type of design you want, and then use the styles manager to customize the design. You can format pages and update page formats via the Add/Edit pages of your website admin panel.
2. if yes, Can I modify the page or template I choose?

3. Can I create Banners in my Class webpage without a HTML Code?
Not sure what you mean by "Class" - do you mean classified ad webpage? Anyways, UltimateWB is not graphics software, but on the Add/Edit pages and Add/Edit HTML Ad(d) pages there is a content editor box that converts what you do with it to HTML for you. You can also copy/paste ads code, for example Google Adsense, into your website. We recommend using the Ad(d)s tool for that: https://www.ultimatewb.com/adds-app
4. Can I have ilimeted users and ads?
Guessing you mean "unlimited"? The software or web hosting does not explicitly set any limit on users or ads. You can start out with lower web hosting package and then upgrade as necessary.
5. Can I upload my images for the banners or my webpage at your webhosting?
You can use the Photos app of your website admin panel to upload banner images, and then integrate them into your webpages on the Add/Edit pages.
6. Can I have differents kinds of fees for the Ads that the users creates?
Yes, you can set a different charge for each classified ad category on the Add/Edit page for the classifieds ad category. You can also charge fees based on how long they want the ad to display, or for special features, such as highlighting their ad or making it featured, or adding photos or videos.
7. If I don't choose to pay with credit card in the page por de Ads, but I want and Ad to be outstanding, or at the top of the search, can I change it once is created?
Not sure what you mean here, can you please clarify? If you are asking whether you can set an ad to inactive or active, you can, from your website admin panel...A user can make a post for a classified ad tha requires payment - they may receive an email notification to make the payment, and you can get a notification regarding the new ad, and can activate it from your website admin panel if you'd like. But you can set it up so that it automatically activates after they make the payment.
8. I can have access to an App. The App is for android an iOS?
UltimateWB software is for creating a website. This includes a built-in responsive app to help you make your website mobile friendly. But this does not include an app that you provide for download on Google Play or the App Store, for example. Having an app is separate from your website and requires separate custom coding. It should use the same database as your website though, which UltimateWB creates/uses. You can check out examples of websites built on UltimateWB that also have had apps made, for android and ios - but this is not included in UltimateWB services. If you would like this, we can provide a separate quote based on your website and the complexity of the app requirements.
