Is there a group feature? Like for states, communities etc. I am very interested in this for a new membership site.

Can you please clarify what you mean by group feature?  You can create member groups with UltimateWB Full software, and then set access to sections of your website based on member groups.  Currently the software does not have a groups feature like in Facebook, however we can consider adding it; feature requests can be made at https://www.ultimatewb.com/request-features or by email.

What type of website are you planning to build?

We are very open to adding features to our software, and have approved all customer feature requests as to date.  We can add a groups feature to UltimateWB Full, whereby members can create groups for other members to join, to post and share - please outline which features you would need for this so we can review and confirm for you. (i.e.: members can create group, other members can join, may require admin to approve members, or open to membership, members can post in groups, members can post photos in groups, members can post events in groups, etc.).
