Cross-platform compatible<\/strong> means that your website works on different platforms, or devices. \u00a0Examples include tablets, smartphones, and of course laptops and desktops. \u00a0There are some codes that may not work on tablets and smartphones – for example Flash. \u00a0You can get the same flash effects – and perhaps even better – with javascript coding. \u00a0Unlike Flash, javascript coding is cross-platform compatible. \u00a0Besides what type of coding you include in your website, you also want to have a fluid and responsive website that adjusts to the different internet browser sizes of these different devices.<\/p>\n
